Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a full-time Supported Employment Specialist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Nashua, NH. You will deliver evidence-based supported employment services to adults with severe mental illness, helping clients set and achieve employment goals through resume building, interview prep, and follow-along supports.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred; associate degree and/or related experience may be considered.
• Experience with people diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Strong collaboration skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with deadlines; high energy and proactive.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance as required by policy.

Aufgaben

• Advocates for employment of mentally ill persons with employers, groups, and associations.
• Coordinates with NH Vocational Rehabilitation to seek job opportunities for clients; contacts employers.
• Collaborates with employers, treatment teams, and supervisor to follow treatment plans.
• Provides clinical support including medication management and crisis intervention per ACT model.
• Educates and consults staff and partner agencies when requested by Program Director.
