Job summary

UNDP is seeking a Knowledge Management & Communications Analyst to support the Inclusive Economies portfolio. The role focuses on developing communication strategies, translating technical content into engaging materials, and coordinating digital outreach across platforms.

The successful candidate will produce policy briefs, impact stories, newsletters, and presentations while collaborating with technical teams to reflect priorities and evidence in all materials.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of strong writing and editing skills for varied audiences.
• Experience managing digital knowledge platforms, websites, collaboration tools, and content management systems.
• Demonstrated experience in strong storytelling and content packaging across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies for inclusive economies and gender equality.
• Create and disseminate knowledge products (policy briefs, stories, newsletters, presentations).
• Manage digital communications, websites, social media content and performance.
• Coordinate donor engagement, partnerships, and reporting as needed.
