Job summary

The Head Teacher at St. David's Center for Child and Family Development leads planning and execution of a classroom program designed to provide each child with enriching experiences in a safe environment.

You establish positive relationships with children and families, implement the High Scope Curriculum Framework, and support development across social, emotional, physical, and cognitive domains in collaboration with the center.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Baccalaureate degree with 1,040 hours as an assistant teacher, aide, or student intern (18 quarter credit education hours).
• Experience with children Birth to age 8 and early childhood teaching experience are required.
