Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and relevant qualifications.
• Pass the teacher/paraprofessional assessment with a score 450+ or higher.
• Associate degree or higher or 48 college hours with math/English.
• Knowledge of strategies for students with disabilities and IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Work with students with disabilities in inclusive, resource and self-contained settings.
• Implement instructional plans and adjust based on student needs.
• Support with assistive technology and classroom instruction.
• Assist in supervising study areas, cafeterias, halls, and field trips.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information under FERPA.
