Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction for deaf/hard of hearing students.
• Develop and monitor IEPs with the IEP team.
• Support access to the general education curriculum.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff.
• Monitor progress and document IEP goals.
• Assess educational needs related to hearing loss and communication.
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and related services.
• Provide guidance on effective instructional practices for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Maintain student records and confidentiality.
