Job summary

JCC Greater Boston is seeking Advocate Camp Counselors for School Break Camps to support campers with disabilities and individualized needs. You will work with the Inclusion Team and ICPs to ensure every camper is safe, supported, and included.

Daily tasks include welcoming campers, assisting with activities, swimming, and adapting supports. You will partner with co-counselors to create an inclusive bunk experience and celebrate each camper's strengths.

Qualifications

• 1+ season experience working with children
• Concentration in Special Needs or related field preferred
• Eligible for work permit

Responsibilities

• Support campers in inclusive group activities
• Assist with ICP accommodations and supports
• Ensure safety and belonging during bunk life and activities
