JCC Greater Boston is seeking enthusiastic School Break Camp Counselors to supervise and engage campers across multiple breaks. You’ll greet and guide groups, lead activities, and ensure safety while fostering belonging and joy.

Ideal candidates are 15+ years old with some experience working with children. The role offers an energetic in-person environment and opportunities to build leadership skills within a family-focused community.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years or older to qualify as a Camp Counselor.
• 1+ season (summer camp, babysitting, coaching, etc.) experience with children is preferred.
• High school grade level or equivalent is required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the safety and well-being of campers during structured and unstructured time.
• Lead and participate in activities such as games, arts, swimming, and field trips.
• Foster a fun, inclusive group dynamic and support campers' social development.
• Collaborate with co-counselors and camp leadership to deliver a positive experience.
