Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or two years of post-secondary education; passing the Parapro Test may be required.
• Experience with children with disabilities (Autism, Developmental Delays, Multiple Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Emotional Disabilities) is preferred.
• Additional training in child development or related fields is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instruction and supervision of students in inclusion or small group settings.
• Support students with IEP provisions and daily activities under teacher direction.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality of student information and classroom records.
• Collaborate with teachers and related staff to support individualized student goals.
