Job summary

WDSRA in Carol Stream, IL is seeking an Inclusion Supervisor to join our Inclusion team. Reporting to the Inclusion Manager, you will coordinate inclusive services for individuals with disabilities, assess accommodations, and mentor staff to create a welcoming environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field and at least three years working with individuals with disabilities; CTRS/CPRP certifications are preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field.
• At least 3 years working with individuals with disabilities.
• CTRS and/or CPRP certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inclusive services for individuals with disabilities across our programs.
• Assess and secure accommodations to ensure participant success.
• Design and deliver staff training programs and supervise part-time staff.
