Job summary

Arc is seeking an Inclusion Aide to support students in its after-school and expanded learning programs in San Diego, CA. The role is part-time, requires 48 college units and CPR/First Aid, and involves supervising activities, assisting with homework, and promoting positive behavior in a safe, welcoming environment.

You will work closely with Site Coordinators and Program Leaders, coordinate with families, and help ensure students with diverse needs participate fully while adhering to Arc

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in educational or after-school settings.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and maintain confidentiality.
• Completion of 48 college units or equivalent; background clearance required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification; TB test result negative.

Responsibilities

• Support students in daily activities and enrichment programs.
• Assist with homework and supplemental learning activities.
• Promote positive behavior and safe participation.
• Assist with attendance, transitions, and releases.
• Collaborate with staff and families to support student success.
• Follow Arc policies and mandated reporting requirements.
