Qualifications

• Experience working in a full-room inclusion type model or Co-Teaching in a Resource Room model.
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks (FBI/BCI).
• Experience working in a multi-cultural setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with classroom teachers and assist in classroom intervention strategies.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and write behavior improvement plans.
• Communicate regularly with families about their child's growth.

Skills

Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards

High quality written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and time management skills

High proficiency in Microsoft Office products
