Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue seeks an Inclusion & Complex Needs Specialist to lead inclusion, behavioral support, and staff development across multiple Club sites. You will assess participant needs, develop support plans, coach staff, and collaborate with families and schools to promote safe, inclusive experiences.

The role emphasizes non-clinical accommodations within a group childcare setting, with on-site, full-time responsibilities and a focus on staff training and mission-driven inclusion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum five years of direct work with children with disabilities or complex needs.
• Minimum of two years in leadership, supervisory, or staff management roles.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing employees.
• Experience creating behavior support plans or individualized support plans.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with families, schools, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of BGCB’s inclusion and behavioral support program.
• Create systems and best practices for inclusion across sites.
• Develop Program Support Plans for children needing accommodations.
• Recruit, coach, supervise, and mentor Inclusion Support Staff.
• Provide professional development and performance coaching for staff.
• Build partnerships with families and community partners.
• Ensure supports align with BGCB’s group-care model and do not replace clinical services.
