Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Bellevue is seeking an Inclusion & Complex Needs Specialist to lead inclusion initiatives across Bellevue locations. This on‑site role focuses on creating program support plans, coaching staff, and partnering with families and schools to ensure safe, inclusive activities for children with diverse needs.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with disabilities, strong leadership, and a commitment to building capacity among staff while maintaining BGCB's group‑care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional experience with children with disabilities.
• Minimum five years direct work with children who have disabilities or complex needs.
• Two+ years in leadership, supervision, or staff management.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing employees.
• Experience creating behavior support or individualized plans.
• Strong relationship building and communication with families and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead BGCB's inclusion and behavioral support program development across multiple sites.
• Create systems and best practices for inclusion.
• Develop Program Support Plans for accommodations.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and service providers.
• Coach and mentor Inclusion Support Staff and site teams.
• Provide staff training and professional development.
• Ensure supports stay within BGCB's group‑care model and are non‑clinical.
