Job summary

Clean Harbors in Aragonite, UT is seeking a Site Safety & Environmental Compliance Supervisor to lead EHS programs at a high-hazard incinerator operation. You will act as the primary EHS contact across shifts, own incident investigations, and drive corrective actions, audits, and emergency planning.

You’ll report to the Facility Manager and collaborate with senior leaders, shaping safety culture and continuous improvement during turnarounds and emergencies. A strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience in heavy industry.
• OSHA 500 (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
• HAZWOPER 40-hour with current refresher (required).
• Associate’s degree minimum; Bachelor’s preferred in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related.
• Knowledge of WSDS/MSDS, hazardous waste regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong coaching, supervisory, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient with digital documentation and reporting.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, enter confined spaces, and conduct safety walkthroughs.
