Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks an Incident Response Coordinator to manage end-to-end IT incident response, coordinating across technical teams, vendors, and leadership in a highly regulated federal setting.

You will maintain audit-ready documentation, participate in lessons-learned, and drive improvements in runbooks and workflows, while escalating issues per SLA and providing clear status reporting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4–7 years of incident management/incident response experience coordinating multi‑party activities.
• Strong ITIL-aligned incident management and structured incident response capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize end-to-end incident response across lifecycle, set priorities, assign actions, track restoration progress.
• Ensure accurate categorization, documentation, timelines, and key decisions; maintain audit-ready records.
