Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking an Incident Response Coordinator to protect the organization from cybersecurity threats. You will serve as the central point of coordination through the incident lifecycle and partner with legal, privacy, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure aligned response and documentation.

You will lead cross-functional coordination, maintain incident records, and drive continuous improvement of playbooks, procedures, and program artifacts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT operations, tech program coordination, incident management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional activities with strong stakeholder accountability.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity incident response principles and industry best practices.
• Experience developing or improving operational processes and program artifacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity incidents from intake through closure, ensuring alignment with incident response procedures.
• Serve as central communication hub during active incidents, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Manage incident documentation, timelines, decisions, and actions for audit readiness.
• Partner with responders and technical teams to track actions and drive resolution.
• Facilitate lessons learned reviews and drive program improvements.
• Organize tabletop exercises and readiness activities to strengthen incident response.
