Job description

Location: Jersey City NJ (Onsite 3 days per week)

Required Pay Scale: $68/hr W2

***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***

Job Summary:

- Strong background focused in problem management (does not want it to just be a small part of their career, wants problem management to be their primary discipline). Must specialize in Problem management.

- Industry knowledge from other large banks. Worked within large bank processes and enforced them.

- Application knowledge (Unix and Windows OS) *will not be a developer but will need to understand the tech in order to make decisions

- Understand process of an incident manager

- Root cause analysis

- Gap analysis

- Soft skills: knowing what questions to ask, process oriented. Hard nosed - able to come up with solutions and drive process, governance, etc.
