Job summary

Health & Human Services Commission seeks an Incident Management Coordinator for Wichita Falls State Hospital. You will support the incident management process, review investigations, track actions, and provide data analyses to support performance improvement.

The role requires collaboration with multiple departments, adherence to state requirements, and potential overtime or alternate shifts as needed. Not eligible for telework; salary range $6,000–$7,253.83 monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years' experience in social services, nursing, or related field.
• Experience in incident management, investigations, and reporting is preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the hospital's incident management process and ensure timely resolutions.
• Review investigations, monitor remedial actions, and analyze data for improvement.
• Collaborate with Quality Management, Rights Protection, Risk Management, and leadership.
