Threat Tec, LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business, has an immediate opening for an Incentives and Proficiency Data Analyst to join our growing company in Fort Bragg, NC.
The Contractor shall provide support for the database and Foreign Language Proficiency Bonus task. Support shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following general responsibilities:
2 years’ experience with Defense Joint Military Pay System (DJMS), Interactive Personnel, Electronic Records Management System (IPERMS), Electronic military Personnel Office (E-MILPO), Enlisted Distribution & Assignment System (EDAS), WEB- Based Defense Milpay Office (DMO), Total Officer Personnel Management Information System (TOPMIS), Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), SOCOM local area networks
Or
High school or GED. 2-years’ experience working on military pay or personnel issues. Must be able to use all current Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
1 year experience analyzing unit turnover rates and reporting on its effects on training proficiency, unit capability, and language training programs.
IPDA must be able to obtain a NIPRNet Account and have knowledge and experience with data base development and implementation.
Travel may be required to various CONUS and locations.
