Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years’ experience with DJMS and related systems, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work with military personnel data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with DJMS, IPERMS, E-MILPO, EDAS, DMO, TOPMIS, DMDC, SOCOM LANs
• Experience with military pay or personnel data
• Proficient with MS Office applications and SharePoint
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for senior audiences

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze SOFLO database statistics to support the Language Program
• Collect and synchronize data from subordinate commands
• Support Foreign Language Proficiency Bonus (FLPB) program
• Process paperwork for language-related personnel actions
• Draft policy changes to support units
• Prepare senior-level reports and presentations for commanders
