Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a Physician Recruiter to own full cycle recruitment and placement for physicians and advanced practice providers. You will develop recruitment plans, manage candidate pipelines, and negotiate contracts while coordinating site visits with market leaders.

The role requires building strong relationships with facility executives and Physician Services partners, ensuring compliant processes, and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of experience required in physician recruitment or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages full cycle physician & advanced practice provider recruitment and placement.
• Establishes relationships with facility CEOs and Physician Services partners.
• Develops recruitment plans to ensure compliant processes.
• Negotiates contracts and creates spend proformas.
• Maintains candidate records and reports with data integrity.
• Coordinates site visits and liaises with market leadership throughout recruitment lifecycle.
