Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit types.
• Educates customers on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM) to make banking easier.
• Provides a consistent customer experience, greeting customers and processing transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Follows bank processes and maintains sound banking practices including risk reporting.
