Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in business, accounting, HR or related field.
• Three years of experience in commissions, incentive, payroll, accounting, finance or related analytical function.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation.

Responsibilities

• Administer commission and incentive compensation programs to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payments.
• Perform routine to moderately complex commission calculations per plans and procedures.
• Review, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and documentation.
• Investigate routine to moderately complex commission inquiries and payment discrepancies.
• Apply plan provisions when responding to employee and manager questions to ensure consistency.
• Prepare recurring analyses and reports on commission results and metrics.
• Analyze results, payout trends, and related metrics to identify discrepancies or process issues.
• Maintain commission models, reporting tools, dashboards, and procedures; suggest improvements.
• Support testing and implementation of new or revised commission plans/systems.
• Maintain accurate records, approvals, and audit trails for internal controls.
