You will handle routine to moderately complex calculations, validate cross-source data, and resolve inquiries to maintain plan integrity.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple stakeholders, applying plan provisions, and generating analyses to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commissions, incentive, payroll, accounting or related analytical function.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation.
• Experience reconciling data from multiple sources in commission or incentive programs.
• Ability to interpret incentive plan documents and translate provisions into calculations.

Responsibilities

• Administer commission and incentive programs to ensure accurate payments per plan provisions.
• Perform routine to moderately complex commission calculations.
• Review, validate, and reconcile data for accuracy and documentation.
• Research and resolve commission inquiries and discrepancies to ensure consistency.
• Prepare recurring analyses and reports on commission results and metrics to aid management.
