Qualifications

• University degree preferred (logistics, supply chain, or business).
• 3+ years in warehouse operations focusing on inbound logistics/receiving.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and manage priorities.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receiving Operations: supervise inbound activities, ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
• Team Supervision: lead inbound team, assign tasks, train, and support performance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: coordinate with procurement, inventory, and sales for delivery schedules.
• Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows.
• Quality & Compliance: ensure product quality and safety, conduct audits, maintain records.
