JINGDONG Logistics in Middlesex, NJ seeks an experienced Receiving Operations Manager to oversee inbound activities, supervise the inbound team, and coordinate with procurement, inventory, and sales to ensure timely deliveries.

You will drive process improvements, ensure quality and safety compliance, and maintain accurate records while working in a fast-paced logistics environment with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inbound logistics or receiving.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage priorities effectively.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receiving Operations: supervise inbound activities including unloading, inspection and shelving to ensure accuracy.
• Team Supervision: lead inbound team, assign tasks, monitor performance and provide training.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with procurement, inventory, and sales to align delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies in receiving and implement best practices to reduce delays.
• Quality & Compliance: ensure received products meet quality and safety standards and maintain records.
