Job summary

The role offers a salary range of $70,304–$72,500 per year plus benefits. You should have 2 years of warehousing experience and be familiar with WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules for the team.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO quality policy and 7S program.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean warehouse environment.
