Job summary

You will supervise inbound receiving, ensure adherence to policies and safety, coach and mentor staff, track productivity, and pursue improvements while maintaining accurate inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management systems.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline receiving personnel to ensure all Inbound functions are accomplished efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all team associates understand and operate within organizational, operational, inventory controls, safety, and service policies.
• Coach, train, direct, and counsel Operational associates on overall performance.
• Define productivity expectations and efficiencies; monitor progress regularly.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for employee development and performance improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance of all team member.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
