Job summary

Mountainy LLC is seeking dependable Receiving & Offloading Warehouse Associates to support inbound warehouse operations in Dubois, PA. You will unload trucks, receive inventory, verify against documents, and move items to proper locations with forklifts and pallet jacks.

The role emphasizes safe handling, teamwork, and accuracy, with opportunities to contribute to a fast-paced fulfillment process and maintain organized docks and storage areas.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, unloading, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required or ability to demonstrate safe forklift operation.
• Experience operating manual and/or electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, standing, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Offload incoming trucks, trailers, and palletized shipments.
• Receive inbound inventory and verify products against shipment documentation.
• Safely move pallets and inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Break down, sort, stage, and organize incoming shipments.
• Inspect inbound products for visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Count and verify inventory accurately.
• Label, scan, and prepare received inventory for put-away.
• Place inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Keep receiving docks, staging areas, and warehouse workspaces clean and organized.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies or damaged products to warehouse leadership.
• Assist with general warehouse and fulfillment duties when receiving work is complete.
• Work efficiently as part of the Mountainy warehouse team to meet daily receiving goals.
