The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and handling merchandise. They will scan received products into our inventory system and perform the daily cycle of picking and packing for incoming products.

• Receive incoming shipments and unload packages from trucks.
• Load and unload packages into the warehouse without forklift driving.
• Perform daily cycle of inventory control to ensure quality control of products before they leave the warehouse for delivery or installation, including inspecting all incoming products for damage and defects and performing quality control checks on outgoing orders.
• Perform duties related to receiving, storing, processing, scanning, labeling, sorting, packing, loading, and unloading without forklift operation.
• Work in an environment that may be subject to extreme temperatures (hot & cold), heavy lifting & unloading of boxes & pallets, and general warehouse tasks such as cleaning & organizing.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to operate power tools and machinery related to warehouse tasks.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Be flexible and willing to be cross‑trained into other departments.
