Job summary

Nutricost is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead receiving and inbound operations at our California facility. You will ensure accurate, efficient, and timely inbound and outbound activities while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting overall warehouse needs.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, the ability to manage people and processes, and a focus on bottleneck resolution, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse operations experience, with receiving, inbound, inventory, or distribution.
• 1+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with high‑volume receiving operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse receiving, inventory control, putaway, replenishment, and material flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily receiving and inbound/outbound warehouse activities.
• Coordinate unloading, receiving, inspection, counting, and putaway of inbound shipments.
• Ensure inbound product is received accurately against PO, transfer docs, and packing lists.
• Improve receiving procedures to increase throughput, accuracy, visibility, and accountability.
