Job summary

Nordic Naturals is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in California to own daily execution of warehouse operations, ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time completion. You will lead start-up meetings, adjust staffing, monitor progress, and communicate risks across departments.

The role drives performance improvements through data analysis, coaching, accountability, and SOP adherence, with cross-functional collaboration to sustain overall warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a fast-paced pick and pack environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
