Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a General Warehouse Person to handle tasks involved in processing and shipping orders to the stores that service our customers.

You will receive, scan, pick, pack, audit and ship merchandise, track inbound and outbound items through RF scanning, verify orders in the inventory system, and keep the distribution center clean, safe, and compliant with quality standards.

Willingness to work a flexible shift with overtime, stand 8–10 hours, and lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Flexible shift including overtime.
• Able to stand 8-10 hours daily.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• RF scanning experience preferred.
• Inventory system data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit and ship merchandise to the stores that service our customers.
• Track inbound and outbound items through RF scanning to ensure inventory accountability.
• Verify orders and enter into the inventory management system.
• Operate a clean and safe distribution center, keeping areas orderly and debris-free.
• Maintain quality standards set forth by distribution center management.
