Job summary

WebstaurantStore in Baytown, TX is seeking an Inbound Material Handler to unload, check in, and stock new inventory using ERP systems and warehouse equipment, including forklifts. This role requires attentiveness to accurate inventory, safety, and collaboration with teammates.

You will be responsible for operating equipment safely, meeting daily goals, and keeping the work area clean and organized throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and order pickers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Diplomacy and emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations.
• Customer service‑oriented attitude with a drive to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Unload live domestic deliveries using forklift equipment.
• Use ERP system to receive inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Move palletized product with pallet jacks/forklift to organize the receiving dock.
• Scan and place inventory in racking locations with handheld devices.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols and company policies.
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy and quality of work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
