Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a warehouse associate in California to handle inbound/outbound tasks, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and use the WMS system effectively. The role supports fast-paced distribution with potential overtime and requires safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred (PIT, forklift).
• RF scanner and/or voice-pick experience highly preferred.
• Ability to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Unloads trucks using pallet jack or similar devices in inbound area.
• Stores products in warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
• Picks large cases or small items and loads onto carts for shipment.
• Operates Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Drives material handling equipment as required (forklift, order picker, etc.).
• Keeps work area clean and safe; participates in meetings and communicates concerns.
