Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II for the 1st shift in Ontario, CA. The role supports inbound/outbound activities, performs order picking, packing, and loading, and uses WMS to manage inventory. Training starts on day one with potential overtime and full-time benefits.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment like forklifts, and adhere to OSHA safety standards in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for full shift.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, packing and preparing orders for shipment.
• Pick large case items with equipment or pick small items and place on cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (forklift, cherry picker, reach truck).
• Complete housekeeping and inventory tasks and maintain safety compliance.
