Job summary

ISG in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for inbound telecommunications. This full-time role starts at $17/hour during training, then $15/hour base plus uncapped commissions, with weekly pay and average earnings of $20+/hour. You’ll handle inbound calls, build rapport, identify needs, and sell internet, wireless, and TV services.

Training is comprehensive with ongoing coaching and opportunities for advancement; onsite in Boca Raton is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, sales, call center, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication with customers
• Confidence speaking with customers by phone
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Ability to read a sales script and enter information accurately
• Comfort handling objections and asking for the sale

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and transferred customer calls
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers
