Target in New Jersey is seeking an Inbound Expert to deliver a friendly guest experience on the GM sales floor. You will focus on stock, pricing, and replenishment while upholding safety and service standards.

You will greet guests, assist with finding items, process transactions, and support team colleagues across departments. The role requires 18+ years, flexible hours, and the ability to lift up to 44 pounds; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and use scanners and tech as directed.
• Work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.

Responsabilités

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and help them find what they need; resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you; support peers as needed.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product; maintain product availability on the floor.
• Assist with back‑up cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up while staying compliant with policies.
