Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert in New Jersey to support General Merchandise operations and guest experience. You will ensure proper pricing, stocking, and signage while contributing to a welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Assist guests with back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive Up duties as needed.
