Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support general merchandise operations in a fast-paced store environment. You will help guests, stock shelves, and process transactions while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes guest-first service, teamwork, and adaptability to busy shifts, including nights and weekends. Training will cover store standards, safety, and loss-prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a friendly interaction.
• Help guests find what they need or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support teammates and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Sort, stock, and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability for GM categories.
