ElderLife Financial in Hendersonville, TN seeks energetic Financial or Client Success Specialists to guide families through senior living financing options, including the ElderLife Bridge Loan. You’ll handle inquiries, qualify leads, and move opportunities toward closure with partners in processing and underwriting.

This in‑office role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and relationship‑building, with inbound leads, a structured training program, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced sales role, ideally phone-based or call center.
• Outgoing, compassionate and empathetic to seniors and families during this transition.
• Creative problem solver with ability to ensure compliance with financial practices.
• Coachable, able to follow instructions and maintain a personal pipeline.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack and able to learn Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound inquiries.
• Qualify and prioritize leads with empathy to align with company goals.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting for smooth client transitions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce and our process.
• Listen to families’ needs and recommend best solutions.
• Participate in paid training; no licensing required.
