Qualifications

• 2 years + sales experience.
• Experience setting goals and closing sales.
• Outstanding telephone and customer service etiquette skills.
• Proven ability handling difficult situations over the phone and in person.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced, call center environment.
• One year or more post secondary education or 2 years equivalent work experience.
