Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Experience setting goals and closing sales
- Exceptional telephone and customer service etiquette
- Ability to handle difficult situations over the phone and in person
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment
- One year of post-secondary education or 2 years equivalent work experience
