Job summary

20four7VA is seeking an independent contractor to manage inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule consultations and meetings. You will maintain HubSpot CRM records, track lead activity, and draft follow-up emails and proposals.

The role emphasizes timely communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously, with ongoing training and weekly payments to support growth and pipeline progression.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service or client-facing communication experience.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• CRM and pipeline-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries and leads
• Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria
• Schedule consultations, discovery calls and meetings, and send invitations and reminders
• Maintain HubSpot CRM records, lead activities and pipeline information
• Review sales-call recordings and draft follow-up emails and proposals
• Provide weekly reporting on inbound inquiries and pipeline movement
