Job summary

SambaSafety in Denver, CO is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to help grow our pipeline. You will respond quickly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and content engagement, qualifying them for the Sales team.

The role requires at least one year of SDR experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We're looking for a motivated, goal-driven Inbound Sales Development Representative to help grow SambaSafety's pipeline. In this role, you'll respond quickly to prospects who've already shown interest — engaging inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and content engagement — and qualifying them for SambaSafety's Sales team. This role plays a key part in SambaSafety's continued growth and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond quickly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and website inquiries to maximize engagement and conversion
• Qualify inbound leads against SambaSafety's ideal customer profile, determining fit and buying intent before scheduling meetings for the sales team
• Research inbound prospects and their organizations so every conversation is timely and relevant
• Nurture leads that aren't yet sales-ready with ongoing email and phone follow-up until they're ready to engage
• Consistently meet lead response-time and follow-up requirements
• Meet or exceed monthly quota for qualified meetings scheduled and pipeline generated
• Manage, track, and report all lead activity in Salesforce CRM
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of SambaSafety's products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
• Partner with marketing to share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one year of SDR experience, ideally handling inbound leads, in software sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced, high-lead-volume environment
• Strong active listening and needs-discovery skills
• Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

COMPENSATION:

• Base salary: $60,000, plus variable/commission target of $27,000 (On-Target Earnings: $87,000)
