Pay Range

This range is provided by Mobile Modular Management Corporation. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Base pay range

$20.96/hr - $35.91/hr

Role Overview

As the Inbound Sales Specialist, you will identify, pursue, and close opportunities for renting and selling modular buildings across various industry segments. You will support the sales team in managing inbound web leads and phone calls generated by marketing efforts. You will also collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on existing customer lease addendums, equipment purchases, and customer contract take-overs. Your role involves handling a high volume of calls with prospective customers, providing strategic and consultative support, and achieving monthly performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and manage territory leads, escalating as needed.
  • Coordinate with sales to manage sale/lease processes and fulfillment.
  • Quote and close purchases, lease addendums, and contract take-overs.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and nurture cold prospects.
  • Maintain accurate CRM logs and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Build effective relationships across teams.
  • Contribute to data quality and stay informed on products and competitors.
  • Participate in team meetings, share ideas, and communicate with leadership.
  • Generate prospecting lists and perform cold calls.
  • Support contract renewals and follow-ups.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Customer service focus and ability to handle high-volume calls.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and telephone skills.
  • Positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Team player with ability to work independently.
  • Multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and deadline commitment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in modular building or construction industries preferred.
