Global Charter Services, Inc. is seeking a junior Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for customers—answering inbound calls, identifying needs, generating quotes, and converting opportunities into booked trips.

You will report to the Director of Customer Success and work closely with the Sales Team and Customer Success Team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with an all-hands-on-deck mentality. This is an excellent entry point for a career in transportation sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or sales (transportation/travel/hospitality).

Responsibilities

• Inbound call management: answer calls promptly and gather trip details.
• Lead generation & qualification: identify opportunities from inquiries and input data into Zoho CRM and the Buster platform.
• Quoting & sales conversion: prepare quotes, follow up, and convert quotes into bookings.
• Customer relationship building: maintain friendly, clear, and helpful communication with customers.
• CRM & technology use: manage leads and data in Zoho CRM and other company tools.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support trip management.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and follow CRM processes.
• Assist National Account Executives in quote-to-close process.
• Assist Customer Success in quality control when needed.
