Job Title: Inbound Sales Account Associate

Location: Remote - Work from Home (Candidates must reside in the United States)

Position available for the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, LA, MA, ME, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, & WY

Compensation:

  • $22-$24 per hour + Commissions
  • Opportunity to earn up to $50,000 per year + commissions after a 90-day probationary period.

Work Hours:

  • Option 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
  • Option 2: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Position Overview:

As an Inbound Sales Account Associate, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound phone calls from existing and new clients, with the goal of closing sales. Approximately 80% of your day will be dedicated to answering phone calls and assisting clients with their orders. The remaining 20% will involve managing sales support tickets and exploring additional sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone calls and inquiries from clients, providing exceptional customer service and closing sales.
  • Manage sales support tickets and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and organize your sales pipeline and prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
  • Drive sales and exceed quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably with inbound sales experience.
  • Industry experience in business services/business compliance is preferred.
  • Personable, customer service-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in navigating software applications, databases, and general computer skills is necessary for this position.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Availability to work the specified hours (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST).
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
