Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to provide a 5-star experience to our small business advertisers. This role involves supporting, consulting, and retaining advertisers post-sale to strengthen Yelp’s revenue retention.

Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional and timely customer support to Yelp’s advertisers.
2. Handle inbound calls, consulting and educating clients about Yelp’s advertising solutions.
3. Demonstrate the value of Yelp through ad performance metrics.
4. Manage escalated clients using strong listening and conflict resolution skills.
5. Become an expert in Yelp’s advertising products and adapt recommendations to client needs.
6. Communicate effectively both externally and internally.
7. Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
8. Achieve or exceed monthly goals consistently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
• Proficient with computers and information systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred).
• Passion for local businesses and understanding their economic importance.
