Job summary

NRI USA LLC is looking for a Receiving Clerk in Henderson, NV. You will process inbound shipments, manage schedules, and ensure documentation is accurate for each arrival.

You will work with a supervisor to estimate inbound volumes and times, and you must follow safety rules and SOPs. The role requires 6 months of inbound clerk experience, proficiency with MS Office (Outlook and Excel), and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience as an Inbound Clerk
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in areas with dust/noise/heat/cold

Responsibilities

• Ensures all inbound schedules are maintained and documentation is accurate for all shipments
• Works with Supervisor to determine inbound volumes and arrival times
• Accurately enters all documents for processing in the system
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs, and security protocols
• Keeps work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times
• Performs other duties as requested
